Before the Inspection:

Be sure the house has the utility services
working properly at least 24 hours before the inspection

We can not inspect what we can not see, it
is very important the inspector has access to all rooms
including basement, crawl space and attics.

Boxes and others container could be an
obstacle to inspect important component of the structural
system as such as: foundation walls, rafters or trusses,
piers, columns, joists. Be sure to offer a clear space, so
the Inspector can provide you the best service possible.

The Home Inspection usually take between 2
and 31/2 hours depending the size of the house and system to
be inspected.

The Inspector can not begin the inspection
before establish an agreement with the client, as part of
this agreement the Inspector must receive the Inspection
fees. Be sure, if you have not made your payment to take
with you to the place of the Inspection your check book or
cash.
